Terms of Use
Last updated: May 7, 2026
By using boomer-box.vercel.app or boomerbox.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What this Site is, today
Boomer Box has not yet launched. The Site exists to:
- describe what we plan to build,
- collect emails from people interested in early access, and
- collect non-personal feedback (for example, which themed boxes resonate via the box builder).
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell goods. Pricing, availability, themed-box contents, and product details are illustrative and may change without notice. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for the sale of any product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit other people’s email addresses without their permission,
- attempt to overload, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure,
- use automated tools (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to interact with the Site, or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
